Returns and Exchange Policy-
Sometimes things don’t work out, so we’re here to help make it right. Returns are allowed within 15 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.
- Jewelry must be in good condition and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions.
- For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

o All shipped returns MUST include the Packing Slip and all original documents received with your order
o All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
